I'm all for paying my tickets when I do something blatantly wrong (I got a 75 in a 65 recently and while I hated that, I paid it). But I've also been written up for things I had not done, the cop had no way of proving and even in one case a cop lied and gave me 30 over the speed limit when I was doing 10 over (to teach me a lesson...she learned hers in court). Anyway, what I'm getting at is that if everything you stated is how it happened, there is some questionable stuff going on. One way or another, I'd fight it. If you want tips on that, email me or ask here...I have to get to work so I can't go into it
